Featuring: The B.L.Hornshaw Collection of Body Ornaments (1881-1937) acquired directly from the people of the Pacific Islands on his many visits to the region and also gifted from friends and travelers. On his death in 1937 this collection passed to his son, L.R.Hornshaw.
Tost and Rohu Taxidermy and Curio Shop, Sydney (1872-1923). Jane Tost, a taxidermist, and her daughter, Ada Rohu, ran one of the most famous and interesting shops in Sydney which specialized in a unique collection preserved and mounted skins, natural history specimens and Aboriginal and Pacific Island artefacts.
