Collecting Purchases:

You are required to contact our office to arrange a collection appointment for either yourself or your courier, from our Darley Road Entrance

 

Shipping:

Theodore Bruce can arrange shipping for small robust items & our minimum shipping & packing charge is $35.

We have a visitor bay at our Darley Road entrance where your goods will be waiting for you at the agreed pick up time

You will be required to sign your Collection Copy of the invoice 

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping requests will be actioned upon receipt of payment of your invoice.

 

Shipping requests will be managed by us & Pack and Send Pyrmont, small robust articles are able to be be sent Australia Post,  in accordance with our Collections & Shipping Guidelines.  Our minimum packing/shipping fee is $35.

All goods not collected within 10 days from the date of invoicing will incur storage costs of $5.00 per lot per day

Conditions of Sale

Credit Card Payments: We accept:-
Visa, MasterCard & American Express these cards will incur an additional 1.6% merchant fee.
All non Australian issued VISA & MasterCards will incur an additional 2.6% merchant fee.
All "Card Not Present" transactions are limited to $AUD3,000.

Payments: Currently due to the Corona Virus Issue are payment terms & collection arrangements have changed

* All Payments are due within two working days of the auction.
* ALL payments must be made in Australian Dollars.
* We only Accept American Express/Visa/MasterCard or Debit Card Transactions and Electronic Funds Transfers into our account
* Cash will not be accepted
* Personal, Company & Bank Cheques will not be accepted
* Payments Must be made prior to collection
* No Clients are permitted in our premises
* Collection is by appointment only and all goods will be delivered to you or your carrier in our carpark.

Our bank details are provided on the bottom left hand side of your invoice. Please use the last 5 digits of the invoice number as the reference.

NOTE: For International Direct Deposits, Australian Banks charge fees for the transaction. If you use this method please include an additional AUD$20.00 to your invoice to cover these fees.

In Australia we have a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 10% this is applicable to the Buyers Premium only.

Condition Reports: Lots are sold on an 'as is' basis and it is the responsibility of prospective Buyers to examine a Lot prior to the Sale and to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the Lot and that the Lot matches any written or oral description provided by the Seller or the Company
