In addition to comprehensive auctions of fine arts, antiques & collectables, Theodore Bruce Auctioneers manages all aspects of estate services. We can bring suitable items to auction either as an Onsite Single Vendor Auction or in our regular online auctions – as a single vendor collection or within our specialist fine art, decorative arts & furniture auctions. Plus, we’ll organise final contents removal and cleaning, to ensure your property is ready for sale, renovation or new tenants.

Contact Casi Prischl, our Head of Auctions, to discuss your property and exact needs. We will provide full details on our comprehensive estate services, including a flat fee to clear the property of all items.

Site Inspection

Our team will visit and assess your property contents. We can provide appraisals where suitable to give you all the information you need to decide if you want to sell items at auction, or simply clear the home.

Final Steps

We will catalogue and photograph all items to be offered at auction, then organise buyer collection or delivery. We will oversee full contents removal and cleaning – so your property is ready for its next stage.
