Conditions of Sale

Credit Card Payments: Visa & MasterCard will incur an additional 1.21% merchant fee.

American Express incur an additional 1.925% merchant fee.

Credit Card payments are processed via the link from our invoice email to our CyberSource 3D Secure online payment System.

Payments: All Payments are due within two working days of the auction.

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars.

We accept American Express/Visa/MasterCard (fees apply see below) or Debit Card Transactions and Electronic Funds Transfers into our account & cash.

Payments Must be made prior to collection.

Our bank details are provided on the bottom left hand side of your invoice. Please use the invoice number as the reference.

NOTE: For International Direct Deposits, Australian Banks charge fees for the transaction. If you use this method please include an additional AUD$20.00 to your invoice to cover these fees.

NOTE: late payments may incur a $AUD25.00 processing fee.

Buyers Premium: Theodore Bruce usually charges a buyers Premium of 25% (incl GST) please refer to our website or office for each auction. Buying via Invaluable incurs additional fees, refer to Invaluable for their Dynamic Pricing structure for buyers premium, please note that approximate total amount is shown at time of bid placement.

Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax): The Australian Federal Government charges a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%, this is applicable to the Theodore Bruce Buyers Premium only and not any invaluable fees.

Condition Reports: Lots are sold on an 'as is where is' basis and it is the responsibility of any prospective purchaser to examine, or enquire about, any lot and to satisfy themselves as to the condition of that lot and that it matches any written and/or oral description provided by Theodore Bruce.
