Theodore Bruce charges a buyers Premium of 25% (incl GST) please refer to our website of office for each auction. Buying via Invaluable incurs an additional 3% (GST not applicable) fee

Visa & MasterCard will incur an additional 1.5% merchant fee.
American Express will incur an additional 3.5% merchant fee.
All non Australian issued credit cards will incur an additional 3.5% merchant fee.

We accept credit card details over the phone or via email (all credit card details supplied will be destroyed once the payment has been processed).

Please note that credit card transactions over AUD$3,000 will not be accepted over the telephone unless by prior approval. Please contact Theodore Bruce for an approval form.

Condition Reports

Lots are sold on an 'as is' basis and it is the responsibility of prospective Buyers to examine a Lot prior to the Sale and to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the Lot.

We accept PayPal and all credit cards as well as wire transfers, bank checks and money orders. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BILL THE CREDIT CARD LEFT ON FILE WITH ARTFACT, UNLESS WE HEAR OTHERWISE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER AUCTION'S END. PLEASE NOTE: Wire transfer is required for international purchases in excess of $500.00 and domestic purchases in excess of $1,000 for new purchasers unless prior arrangements have been made.
