Conditions of Sale

All items are sold as is, where is, without any guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items are subject to a 18% Buyer's Premium (Up 3% from our on-site Buyers Premium due to fees incurred by using the Invaluable Auction Service) and, in addition, to Massachusetts state sales tax of 6.25% Massachusetts state sales tax (the State sales tax can be waived only if we have your tax exempt number on file). Property is open to public inspection; in fact, bidders are encouraged to inspect all merchandise, as it is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. Boston Auctions & Antiques may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Boston Auctions & Antiques, its employees or its consignors be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Boston Auctions & Antiques accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash & Paypal, but unpaid items are under NO circumstances to be removed from the auction hall until paid for IN FULL. Boston Auctions & Antiques does not ship, but can supply buyers with a list of local shippers for sake of convenience. If desired, buyers may use their own shipping service. Buyers are responsible, therefore, for payment of shipping and handling, and Boston Auctions & Antiques is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.

All lots must be paid for and collected within two working days of the auction.

Buyers Premium

All Theodore Bruce Auctions in New South Wales, Australia have a 22% Buyers Premium including GST plus the invaluable Live fee at the published rate 5%

Australian GST

In Australia we have a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 10% this is applicable to the Buyers Premium only.
