An artist of International repute, a collector & promoter of Pacific arts. Born in France, studied at the Academic de la Grande Chaumiere, Paris, settled in Vanuatu in the early 1960s, built a Pacific arts collection by visiting the Solomon Islands, 1963, PNG, 1964 & visits to Tonga, Fiji & the Rotuma Islands, The Wallis Austral & the Marquesas Islands in 1965 & Samoa & a return visit to PNG in 1966. His N. Michoutouckine . Pilioko Foundation exhibited traditional & Pacific Arts though Europe & Russia, Japan Australia & Mexico. 300 pieces from the Foundation are now on display at the Pasifika Asia Museum, Bali
