Supercharged Fiat powered Gryphon
A unique open wheel race car "The Gryphon", powered by a Fiat 1500 cc engine fitted with a Marshal supercharger. This car was built in Australia in the mid-late 1960s to compete with the Brabham's, the VW Formula Vee's, Clubman's, Alfa's, Lotus Eleven's and Porsche's of the era. The car had many successers and remains still competitive in historic racing events today.

A great oppurtunity to purchase a unique piece of Australian racing history.
A NSW fully registered trailer, a box of papers and racing programs documenting the history of this car and two original sand cast weber carburetors are included with this lot.
