LITERATURE:
Thomas Todd Baylock trained at the Royal College of Art in London. He was an English painter and woodblock printer. Baylock's was an accomplished painter but had more commercial success with his woodblock prints many of whom were published in the 1920s. Blaylock is often under-rated as an artist due to his decorative bent particularly in his depictions of flowers.
His prints regularly appear for sale and examples of his work are held in the V & A collection.
