Description:

A 1967 Mercedes-Benz 250 SE Coupé Chassis: TBC

The Mercedes-Benz 250SE Coupé was launched in 1965 following the initial 1961 design of Paul Bracq of the 220SE.. Featuring the new 2.5 litre M129 engine the 250SE was a fast, stylish and discreet grand tourer with disc brakes on all four 14 inch wheels. In total there were just 5,259 units of the 250SE Coupé built ,with only 235 in right hand drive, of which 86 came new to Australia making it a rare and much sought after example of a Mercedes-Benz combination of innovation and desirability.

This lovely maroon example presents beautifully as befits it being the Melbourne Motor Show car from 1967. This 250SE Coupé has had just the one single owner from new and is complete with all books etc having been meticulously maintained as one might expect. A wonderful opportunity to become just the second owner of this marvellous machine.
